Madlogic takes your privacy very seriously and will process and use information about you (the data subject) in a secure manner. In this Privacy Statement we explain which data we process, and for what purpose. You can also read about your rights regarding our processing of your personal data. Who is Madlogic?

Madlogic is the private limited company Madlogic MMS B.V., with its office at (5657 DB) Eindhoven, Flight Forum 40, registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 62503677.

Madlogic is the controller for the processing of your personal data.

How does Madlogic use your data?

How do we obtain your personal data?

Madlogic holds data about you because you provided that data to us.

What are your rights?

Under the European General Data Protection Regulation you have a number of rights with regard to your data and its processing.

Access

If you want to see the personal data recorded about you at Madlogic, you can submit an access request by emailing [email protected].

Rectification

If you want to make changes to the personal data you have seen following an access request, and which you cannot change yourself in your account, you can submit a request to Madlogic by emailing [email protected]. You can request that Madlogic amend, correct, supplement, delete or shield your data.

Restriction of processing

You also have the right, subject to conditions, to ask Madlogic to restrict the processing of your personal data.

Right to object

If a particular processing takes place on the basis of Madlogic's or a third party's "legitimate interest", you have the right to object to that processing.

Data portability

You have the right to obtain your personal data from Madlogic. Madlogic will provide it in a structured and commonly used form that can easily be opened in other common digital systems. This way you can also transfer your data to another provider. A request can be sent to [email protected].

Withdrawing consent

In all cases where the basis for a particular data processing is your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. This has no consequences for the past, but does mean that we may no longer process that data. It may be that Madlogic can therefore no longer provide you with certain services.

Response by Madlogic

A request can be sent to [email protected]. Madlogic will comply with your request as soon as possible and in any case no later than one (1) month after Madlogic has received such a request.

Recipients of the personal data

It may be that Madlogic is obliged to provide your data to a third party, for example on the basis of a legal obligation.

What are cookies and how does Madlogic use them?

Cookies are small pieces of (text) information that are sent to your browser when you visit Madlogic's website and are then stored on the hard drive or in the memory of your computer, tablet, mobile phone or other device (hereinafter: "Device"). The cookies placed via Madlogic's website cannot damage your Device or the files stored on it.
